Field Director - West
NVGSA field directors regularly visit each of our fields to ensure that they are properly maintained and have all needed equipment present and in working order. The field director works with the equipment manager to make sure that chalk and liners are at all fields where we play games. He or she also works with the board to ensure any field issues that the county needs to address are being raised. This position covers our fields on the west side, in the Burke/Springfield/Annandale area (Wakefield Forest Elementary School, Kings Park Park, Wakefield Park as allocated, Lake Braddock SS as allocated, and nearby). This important oversight role ensures that our teams can keep practicing and playing games as much as possible.
Field Director - East

The field director works with the equipment manager to make sure that chalk and liners are at all fields where we play games. He or she also works with the board to ensure any field issues that the county needs to address are being raised. This position covers our fields on the west side, in the Alexandria area (Clermont Park, Wilton Woods, and nearby). This important oversight role ensures that our teams can keep practicing and playing games as much as possible.
Other Roles
Every season NVGSA needs many coaches, assistant coaches, team parents, and other helpers. Volunteering for these roles takes place during registration and can be done below during times when registration in open. You may contact the appropriate age-group commissioner for more information.
